This vigorous carpet forming evergreen perennial provides a dense mat of glossy rich dark green foliage up to 4-6" tall, and produces 1.0" lavender-blue pinwheel shaped single flowers in Spring, that attracts butterflies. Spreads 3Ft. or more and fast growing.

Growth Rate	Fast. About 3" to 6" per year.
Sun	Full Sun to Part Shade. Tolerates close to Full Shade, but flowers best in Full Sun.

Planting-General	Likes clay, loam, sand, and silt. Moist but well drained. Soil pH 6.0-6.5 range. Likes acid, alkaline, or neutral soil. Its happy in all three types of pH soil.
Planting-Spacing	Plant 3" to 6" apart for spacing between plants.
Watering	Low once established. Can add Root Stimulation which helps early root development and strengths roots, as well as, reduces plant shock.
Fertilizing	Low. Apply early Spring when needed. Too much produces more leaves at the expense of its flowers.
Pruning	Prune early Spring to control aggressive growth, and encourage a fuller shape.
Deer	Deer do not favor their taste. If in a high deer area, spray every 3 to 6 months with deer repellent.
