Large, 2.5 to 3" wide rich showy multi-color flowers with lavender pink with darker accent blotch cover broad leaved evergreen shrub in early & mid spring. This low maintenance shrub attracts songbirds, and hummingbirds. Excellent foundation, border, beds, background, mass planting, or privacy hedge with upright rounded shape. See Specifications below. Description  

Special Features Offers color, elegance style in this large, robust shrub. Deer, drought, disease, heat, insect resistant, as well as, low maintenance. Attracts songbirds, and hummingbirds.

Growth Rate Moderate
Sun Sun–Part Shade. For proper blooms, 4 to 6 hours direct sunlight is needed.
Height 6-8Ft.

Planting- General Dig a hole that’s large enough to accommodate its root ball and wide enough for the root ball. Prefers acid soil, and well draining. Fine to add some mulch, about 2 inches. Ensure mulch is not next to stems, as that would breed pests and diseases.
Planting-Spacing Plant about 2 feet apart, center to center for a solid screen.
Watering Provide moderate amount on regular basis. Only water when the soil is dry. Can add Root Stimulation which helps early root development and strengths roots, as well as, reduces plant shock.
Fertilizing Feed with acidic fertilizer at the beginning of every Spring.
Pruning Prune to correct shape and reduce size, right after Spring flowers have faded. Always use clean shears to avoid possibly spreading diseases.
Deer Deer do not favor their taste. If in a high deer area, spray every 3 to 6 months with deer repellent.
Flowers Large, 2.5 to 3" wide showy multi-color flowers that bloom early & mid Spring.
